How many things will there be in Istanbul that are more beautiful than the views of the Bosphorus? Surely, there are as many answers to this question as there are people in the metropolis. Some will say the Galata Tower, others will say one of the spectacular mosques of this city, many others will say the Dolmabahçe Palace... But surely everyone, or almost everyone, has found themselves smiling relaxed while looking at the sea that bathes the coast of Istanbul.
The Bosphorus and the Golden Horn can be seen with good views from many places, but one of our favorite plans is to do it from the roof of a restaurant. Luckily, in Istanbul, you can find many of these spaces, some of them very luxurious. Although if you go to a rooftop during the day you will be able to see the city more clearly, if you do it at night, you will be captivated by how romantic Istanbul looks full of lights.

Restaurant 24
Restaurant 24 is a restaurant located in the Georges Hotel Galata, very close to the Galata Tower. It is located on the top floor of this beautiful boutique hotel and its rooftop offers spectacular views of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn. This restaurant mainly offers dishes with a local touch and a more contemporary interpretation, which you will surely like. In addition, they also have a long list of cocktails and a list of Turkish wines. It is the perfect place to have a sophisticated date with dream views.
Balkon Restaurant & Bar
The style of Balkon Restaurant & Bar is much more relaxed than that of the previous location, but it also offers very nice views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. Although this restaurant does not stand out for its dishes, since it serves a mix of international foods, it does for its terrace and its cocktails. An ideal place for a casual meal with beautiful views.
Seven Hills Restaurant
Do you like seafood? This is your site. Seven Hills Restaurant is a restaurant located in Fatih that has one of the most beautiful views of Istanbul. Nothing more and nothing less than a perfect view of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. This place is known for serving seafood and for having one of the most popular rooftops in the metropolis. It is a perfect option to go during sunny hours, so you can see the monuments surrounding it.
Mikla
Mikla's is on another level! This restaurant located in the Marmara Pera Hotel has a Michelin star, and it is not surprising. This is a site for lovers of contemporary cuisine. Its chef, Mehmet Gürs, always combines Turkish and Scandinavian cuisine with a surprising balance. In addition, it has one of the most famous rooftops in Istanbul, from which you can see the Golden Horn. Save this site for special occasions, like anniversaries or New Year's Eve.
The Ritz-Carlton
Nor can you miss the rooftop of The Ritz-Carlton, a hotel located in Şişli, owned by the mythical American luxury chain. Its terrace has modern sofas, a classy bar and an infinity pool.
